J.G. REPSOLD

Evaristo Torrent Lazaro, a model enthusiast from Girona, Catalonia, who is presently working very hard on a brand new project, called "Canarias", a version of which made with "Paradox" can be seen in these pages, shows us this model of the J. G. REPSOLD auxiliary light and beacon carrier, built in 1964, with 41,45 metres in length and 8,09 metres in width.

In order to build this model, he used a German plan, at a 1/50 scale, which allowed him to achieve a very attractive design for R/C modelling.

The real boat and its reproduction can be seen in this picture.

The model is profusely detailed and has been elegantly executed, which are the main features that help us to distinguish a high-quality model.
