General Norms:
The article's author is solely responsible for content and
copyrights regarding photos or drawings.
All information received will be published in Spanish, English, or
French.
Photos and drawings sent by electronic mail will have a jpg or GUIF format.
Photos on any other support (CD's, or diskettes in a PC compatible format)
are to be send preferably by certified mail. When indicated all the
materials will be returned to sender after being scanned or copied.
The composition and graphic display of any article is our entire
responsibility. If the author is not happy with the way the article is
presented, we will withdraw it previous petition by its author.
